Why can't I keep up?

With the world

With my imagination

This just really sucks

I don't really know

What to really do

Because I had plans

It's like being stuck in a loop, 

sometimes life goes through blues.

Living each day as the same,

not much change, not much pace.

A race against time 

is such a priority,

Thinking something new

is such a minority.

Till when can such a goose chase last?

All the energy is gonna run out fast.

So I am closing my eyes,

watching the darkness. 

To see how my mind defies, 

the truth, the usual, the mess.

Reality has nothing new,

its time we think it through.

Impossible to possible,

change the calling of that label.

When I wake up everyday,

all I want is to find something new.

As life moves on like a play,

all I want is to see it as it grew.

Day by day something changes,

and I feel happy when I see it.

Because I know the exchanges,

are meant to boost the spirit.

So when I look up to the clear sky,

all I want to see is an array of colours.

The sunshine will not be so shy,

it'll make me bright and fuller.

Paint the sky,

because it'll look beautiful again.
